Refund & Returns Policy

Move-in kits are physical goods. This policy covers your right to return, how refunds work, and what happens if something arrives damaged or incomplete.

1. Cancellation and 30-day returns

You may return an unopened kit within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the item price. Where a statutory cooling-off period applies to your order, it runs alongside this policy and your legal rights are unaffected.

2. Opened kits and hygiene-sensitive items

Opened kits can be returned if items are unused and in resalable condition. For hygiene-sensitive items (for example toiletries, bedding and towels once unsealed), we can only accept returns if they are unopened, unless the item is faulty.

3. Damaged, faulty or missing items

If any item arrives damaged, faulty, or missing from a kit, contact us within 14 days at support@krisprop.shop with your order number and a photo where relevant. We will replace the item or refund it — your choice — at no cost to you.

4. How to start a return

  • Email support@krisprop.shop with your order number and reason.
  • We send return instructions and, for faulty or wrong items, a prepaid label.
  • Pack items securely; kits should be returned reasonably complete.

5. Return shipping costs

For faulty, damaged or incorrect items, we cover return shipping. For change-of-mind returns, the outbound shipping is non-refundable and return postage is your responsibility unless local law provides otherwise.

6. Refund timing and method

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method via Stripe, normally within 5–10 business days of us receiving the return or approving a replacement. Refunds are made in USD.

7. Memberships

Membership fees are non-refundable for the current billing period once it has started, except where required by law. You can cancel future renewals at any time. See our Terms of Service.
