Shipping & Delivery Policy

1. Where we ship

We ship internationally to the destinations available at checkout. All prices and shipping charges are in USD. If your country is not listed, contact support@krisprop.shop and we will advise.

2. Processing and dispatch

Orders are packed and dispatched within one to two business days. You receive a confirmation email, and tracking where the carrier provides it.

3. Shipping rates

• Standard shipping is a flat $12 per order.
• Standard shipping is free on orders of $120 or more.
• Resident members receive free standard shipping on every order.

The exact shipping charge for your destination is confirmed at checkout before payment.

4. Delivery estimates

Typical delivery is 3–8 business days after dispatch, depending on destination and customs. Estimates are not guaranteed; carrier and customs delays can occur.

5. Duties and taxes

International orders may be subject to import duties or taxes set by the destination country. Where these are not collected at checkout, they are the recipient’s responsibility on delivery.

6. Carriers and address accuracy

We use reputable third-party couriers, who receive your name and delivery address to complete delivery. Please enter your address carefully; we cannot be responsible for delays caused by an incorrect or incomplete address.

7. Lost, delayed or damaged in transit

If your kit is lost, significantly delayed or arrives damaged, contact us at support@krisprop.shop. We will investigate with the carrier and arrange a replacement or refund in line with our Refund & Returns Policy.
