1. Who we are and what we sell

KRISHELDAN PROPERTIES LIMITED, trading as Dwellful, is a retailer of curated physical homeware kits (“move-in kits”). All products are tangible goods shipped to you. Prices are shown and charged in USD.

2. No property, rent or investment (scope limit)

Dwellful sells homeware only. We do not let, sell, broker or manage any property; we do not provide property investment, valuation or returns; and we do not collect rent, deposits or hold any customer funds. We are not a landlord, letting agent or property manager. Nothing on this site is a property or financial service.

3. Product safety

• Electrical items comply with applicable UKCA / CE requirements.
• All lighting is electric LED. Kits contain no open-flame candles.
• Textiles meet applicable flammability standards.
• Items relevant to children or pets carry appropriate care notes; follow all included instructions.

4. Orders and pricing

Kit contents are shown as supplied; exact items may vary slightly with availability, and the current list on each product page always applies. We may correct pricing or availability errors before dispatch. An order is accepted when we confirm dispatch.

5. Membership

Member and Resident plans are recurring subscriptions billed monthly or annually in USD. Benefits apply per billing period, do not roll over, hold no cash value and are not redeemable for cash. You can cancel future renewals at any time; cancellation stops future billing and does not refund the current period unless required by law.

6. Shipping, returns and refunds

Delivery is covered by our Shipping & Delivery Policy and returns by our Refund & Returns Policy, which form part of these terms.

7. Acceptable use

You agree to use the site lawfully and in line with our Acceptable Use Policy. Do not resell counterfeit goods, tamper with safety labels, or misuse product imagery.

8. Eligibility and minors

You must be able to form a binding contract to order. The store may not be used by anyone under 13. Customers aged 13–17 may order only with the consent and supervision of a parent or guardian, who accepts responsibility for the order.

9. Liability

We provide the store with reasonable care and skill. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including your statutory consumer rights.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and disputes are subject to its courts, without affecting mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence.
