How do the move-in kits ship?+
Each kit ships as a single boxed set. Orders are packed within one to two business days and shipped to the address you enter at checkout. Standard shipping is a flat rate, free over the order threshold shown in your cart.
Can I return a kit?+
Yes. Unopened kits can be returned within 30 days for a refund. Opened kits are assessed for hygiene-sensitive items. Damaged or missing items are replaced. Full terms are in the Refund & Returns policy.
Are the kits renter-friendly?+
Every kit is designed to be no-drill and deposit-safe, using adhesive or tension-fit fixings only. All lighting is electric LED — there are no open-flame candles in any kit.
What does membership include?+
Member and Resident plans give ongoing discounts, shipping benefits and, for Resident, a rotating seasonal item each period. Benefits apply per billing period and hold no cash value. See the Membership page for details.
Is the Kit Builder a design service?+
No. The Kit Builder suggests a set based on your home type, chosen rooms and budget. It is a helpful starting point, not professional interior design or a safety assessment.
How are payments handled?+
Checkout is processed securely by Stripe. Your full card number never reaches our servers. All prices are shown and charged in USD.
